  • Great question! CCWomen is a professional community for women and allies in the customer contact industry, though anyone in any industry is welcome to join. CCWomen provides networking opportunities, live and virtual events, resources, book clubs, mentor matching, and so much more. We are an inclusive, year-round resource meant to help you reach your goals.

  • CCWomen stands for Customer Contact Women, but we welcome anyone from any industry who could benefit from a professional community of women. 

  • CCWomen was founded in 2018 during the height of the #MeToo movement. Recognizing that many industries are male-dominated, founder Sandy Ko saw a need for a space just for women (and allies). Sandy kicked off CCWomen with a brunch, and it has since evolved into a professional community like no other!  

  • CCWomen is open to everyone! We encourage men, allies, and all underprivileged employees to attend our events and become a member of our community. We believe our platform can help anyone reach their goals. 

  • CCWomen membership offers exclusive access to our network and all of our offerings. Live and virtual events, mentor matching, networking opportunities, exclusive content, book clubs, and more! 

  • If you become a member on-site at the CCW Las Vegas event, membership is $49 a month for your first three months, and then $99 a month after the promotion ends. 

    If you sign up online, membership is $99 a month.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time, but we would hate to see you go! Luckily, if you change your mind, you can become a member again and pick up where you left off.

  • The CCWomen Summit takes place three times a year alongside the greater CCW events. Our summits take place prior to the Main Conference days. We have smaller events and virtual showings throughout the year as well.
