About CCWomen

A community created by women, for women and allies.

Like all great beginnings, CCWomen was birthed from a spontaneous 7:00 AM mimosa breakfast. Consisting of our founder, Sandy Ko Fonseca, and several CCW board members, it was a gathering that unveiled a dire need: women in customer contact needed more spaces to come together for mutual empowerment. 

We often talk about wanting a seat at the table despite it not being made for us. Our stories deserve to be in the spotlight—so why not create a stage for it?

CCWomen is a professional networking community for women and allies to further their careers and establish long-lasting connections. We believe empowerment must be a collective movement that pushes everyone forward. Together, we have the power to change the narrative. 

Our circle of women leaders continues to expand, with members from Citizens Bank, DraftKings, Major League Baseball, Home Depot, and more. From webinars to onsite summits to numerous networking touchpoints, we strive to be your go-to resource for ultimate career success. 

Through community, we can reach greater heights and go beyond the infamous glass ceiling.

  • Yes! CCWomen is for women, men, and everyone in between. We are an inclusive community that welcomes everyone across the gender spectrum.

  • We have three CCWomen Summits that take place during the greater CCW events. Stay tuned for our more informal meets-ups!

  • The CCWomen Networking Breakfast is for CCW attendees only. If you are registered for the greater CCW event, you can join us at the CCWomen Networking Breakfast that takes place on the morning of the last day of the conference.
